Your Excellency, Ambassador Hovenier,

As you commemorate the 248th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence, we in Kosovo celebrate and deeply value our enduring and everlasting friendship and partnership with the United States of America.
Today, together with You, nations and individuals worldwide who cherish the fundamental values of democracy that define America join in celebration.
The Republic of Kosovo and its institutions, particularly those in the justice sector, hold in high regard the ongoing support and assistance provided by the American government and people. This support has been instrumental in strengthening our robust and stable institutions, contributing to the rule of law and advancing our nation’s journey toward Western integration.
