Prishtina, October 16, 2024 – The Acting Chief State Prosecutor, Mr. Besim Kelmendi, is participating in the roundtable discussion on the Confiscation Procedure, currently being held in Durrës, Albania. The event is organized by the Office of the National Coordinator for Combating Economic Crime.
The focus of this roundtable is on efficiency regarding the seizure and confiscation process, including the sale of seized and confiscated assets.
Prosecutors, judges, representatives from the Kosovo Police, and the Agency for the Management of Seized or Confiscated Assets are also participating in the roundtable on the Confiscation Procedure.
