Prishtina, June 12, 2024 – Office for Assets Recovery, headed by state prosecutor Mr. Bahri Hyseni, is holding the workshop in Ohrid for the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures for the Asset Recovery Office.
The Acting Chief State Prosecutor, Mr. Besim Kelmendi, international partners, who support the work of this Office from the ROLAG project, state prosecutors, as well as delegated officials of law enforcement institutions are part of this workshop.
These standard operating procedures, which are being drafted in accordance with EU documents and standards for asset recovery, will be helpful to all prosecutors who need the assistance of the Office for Assets Recovery.
