2> The Special Prosecution has reqested an arrest warrant against three persons
Prishtina, 15 September 2021 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), has made two (2) requests for issuing arrest warrant for three (3) persons suspected of various criminal offenses.
The Special Prosecution Office notifies that the first request for arrest warrant is against one (1) person for the criminal offense “War crimes against the civilian population” according to applicable laws and international conventions.
Meanwhile, the second request of the arrest warrant is against two (2) persons, for the criminal offenses “Participation or organization of organized criminal group” from article 283 par. 1 of the CCRK, related to the criminal offense “Abusing official position or authority ” from article 422 par. 1 of CCRK.
