Prishtina, May 25, 2024 – At the invitation of the UBT College, the Acting Chief State Prosecutor, Mr. Besim Kelmendi, participated in the Third Congress of Forensics, in the framework of which the scientific conference for forensics is taking place, which was organized by UBT and Universities from Turkey.
With a speech for the occasion, Acting Chief State Prosecutor Kelmendi greeted the participants of this event, emphasizing the importance of this congress and this scientific conference for forensics as a very important field for the work of the State Prosecutor, providing essential evidence for fair and complete authentication of the factual situation in a criminal process.
Also, during this activity, the Acting Chief State Prosecutor participated in the opening of the Forensic Laboratory within the framework of the UBT College, which, as said by those present, will enable the development of scientific research capacities in Kosovo, including the newest techniques of criminalistic analysis.
