Prishtina, May 19, 2025 – The Head of the Office for Asset Recovery and Prosecutor at the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, Mr. Bahri Hyseni, held a working meeting today with representatives of the German GIZ, led by Ms. Marina Kovaqiq and Mr. Ilija Bundaleski.
During the meeting, they discussed the concept document outlining the need for drafting a Law on Asset Recovery Office, as well as cooperation with other law enforcement institutions and international partners regarding asset recovery.
The participants committed to continuing such meetings with the aim of increasing the efficiency for Assets Recovery Office and facilitating the recovery of assets between the Republic of Kosovo and other countries.
