Gjilan, September 30, 2024 – During the past week, specifically from September 23 to 29, 2024, the Basic Prosecution in Gjilan registered a total of eighteen (18) criminal reports against twenty-one (21) individuals.
Additionally, during this week, the following actions were processed:
- – Sixty-one (61) indictments against sixty-six (66) individuals,
- – Forty-three (43) rulings (including rulings for the initiation of investigations, preparatory procedures, termination of investigations, expansion of investigations, dismissal of criminal reports, forensic medical expert rulings, and rulings for examinations),
- – Nine (9) appeals,
- – Fifteen (15) asset sale requests,
- – Two (2) individuals detained,
- – Two (2) requests for detention on remand for two (2) individuals.
During this period, the prosecutors of this office interviewed thirty (30) individuals.
