Mitrovica, March 21, 2025 – The Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica – Serious Crimes Department has filed an indictment with the Basic Court in Mitrovica against the defendant S.S. for the criminal offense of “Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution, and sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and analogs.” Additionally, defendants D.M. and S.M. are charged with “Unauthorized possession of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or analogs.”
In November 2023, inside the Municipality of Leposaviq, defendant S.S. allegedly invited D.M. into a municipal office, where he provided cocaine, and both consumed the substance by inhalation.
Furthermore, in another incident during the same month, S.S. allegedly invited S.M. to a municipal office, placed a quantity of cocaine on the table, which S.M. then consumed by inhalation.
Additionally, during November 2023, S.S. is accused of distributing cocaine without authorization at a local establishment. The prosecution alleges that he called D.M. into the café’s restroom, where he provided her with cocaine, which she then consumed by inhalation.
With the filing of the indictment, the Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica has requested that the court declare the three defendants guilty and impose penalties in accordance with the law.
