Gjilan, August 19, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan registered a total of forty (40) criminal reports during the past week, specifically from August 12 to August 18, 2024, against sixty-eight (68) individuals.
Additionally, during this week, the following were processed:
- – Nineteen (19) indictments against twenty-two (22) individuals,
- – Thirty-six (36) rulings (including rulings for the initiation of investigations, the initiation of preparatory procedures, the dismissal of investigations, the expansion of investigations, the rejection of criminal reports, rulings by medical-legal experts, and rulings for examinations),
- – Six (6) requests for the imposition of detention on remand against six (6) individuals,
- – Four (4) cases resolved through agreements and mediation.
During this period, eight (8) individuals were detained by duty prosecutors, and thirty (30) parties were interviewed.
