Gjilan, March 10, 2025 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, during the past week, specifically from March 3 to March 9, 2025, registered a total of forty-six (46) criminal reports against sixty-two (62) individuals.
Additionally, during this week, the prosecution has processed:
- Thirty-two (32) indictments against thirty-eight (38) individuals,
- Twenty-four (24) rulings (including rulings on initiating investigations, initiating preparatory proceedings, termination of investigations, expansion of investigations, dismissal of criminal reports, forensic expert rulings, and rulings on examinations),
- Eighty-one (81) various requests submitted to the police,
- Seven (7) individuals detained,
- Four (4) motions for the imposition of detention on remand against four (4) individuals.
During this period, prosecutors of this prosecution have interviewed thirty-five (35) individuals.
