Gjilan, August 12, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan has registered a total of thirty-seven (37) criminal reports against fifty-three (53) individuals during the past week, specifically from August 5 to August 11, 2024.
Additionally, the following actions were processed during this week:
- – Ten (10) indictments against twelve (12) individuals,
- – Twenty-six (26) rulings (including rulings for the initiation of investigations, commencement of preparatory procedures, dismissal of investigations, extension of investigations, rejection of criminal reports, medico-legal expert rulings, and rulings for examinations),
- – Five (5) requests for the imposition of detention on remand against seven (7) individuals,
- – Forty-six (46) urgent matters.
During this period, the duty prosecutors detained seven (7) individuals and interviewed twenty-six (26) parties.
