Gjilan, 7 October 2024 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, during the last week, respectively from September 30 to October 6, 2024, has registered a total of fifty-six (56) criminal reports, against sixty-two (62) persons..
Also, during this week, the following were processed:
- – forty-four (44) indictments, against fifty-one (51) persons,
- – thirty-six (36) decisions (including decisions to initiate investigations, to initiate preparatory proceedings, to discontinue investigations, to expand investigations, to dismiss criminal charges, decisions of forensic experts, decisions on examinations),
- – five (5) complaints,
- – six (6) requests for the sale of assets,
- – three (3) persons detained,
- – three (3) requests for the imposition of detention on remand against three (3) persons.
Twenty-eight (28) people were interviewed by the prosecutors of this prosecution office during this period of time.
