Gjilan, October 1, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution Office in Gjilan, during the month of September 2024, received twenty-five (25) criminal reports against twenty-seven (27) individuals for the criminal offense of “Domestic Violence” under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
Of these reported cases, twenty-two (22) victims were female, while five (5) victims were male.
During this month, the prosecutors of the Basic Prosecution Office in Gjilan have filed fourteen (14) indictments against fourteen (14) individuals in relation to these criminal cases.
