The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Ferizaj has jurisdiction over all first-degree cases, unless otherwise provided by law, and consists of:

The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Ferizaj covers the territory of Ferizaj, Kaçanik, Shtime, Shtërpca and Hani Elezit.
The Prosecution of Ferizaj is led by the Chief Prosecutor, there are seventeen (17) prosecutors together with the Chief Prosecutor and fifty-three (53) support/administrative staff.
