Mitrovica, January 10, 2022 – The Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica, announces the public opinion that by the request of the Chief State Prosecutor Aleksandër Lumezi, the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica Ismet Ujkani, after analyzing all case files and in accordance with the Law on Disciplinary Liability of Judges and Prosecutors, ex officio, has initiated disciplinary proceedings against prosecutor S.K., regarding the case of the victim L.Q., from Llausha, Skenderaj municipality.
