Gjakova, February 1, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution Office in Gjakovë, Department for Serious Crimes, has filed an indictment, against the first defendant: E.S. for the criminal offenses “Aggravated murder” under Article 173 paragraph 1, subpara 1.5 of the CCRK and for the criminal offense “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons”, under article 366, paragraph 1 of the CCRK, while for the second defendant E.S., for the criminal offense “Aggravated murder by pushing”, from article 173, paragraph 1, under paragraph 1.5 related to article 32 par.1 of the CCRK.
According to the indictment, among other things, it is stated that the first defendant E.S., on 19.09.2023 in Rahovec, intentionally deprived of the life the victim N.V., and also intentionally endangered the life of the injured L.V., in such a way that on the critical day, the first defendant, with the SUB Elite 9 mm revolver , shot four times in the direction of the injured parties, where as a result of the injuries received, the deceased N.V. now dies, in UCCK, in Prishtina, while causes serious bodily injury to the injured person L.V.
Also, according to the indictment, among other things, it is stated that, on 19.09.2023 in Rahovec, the second defendant, E.S., intentionally pushed his son, the first defendant, E.S., to commit the criminal offense of aggravated murder, now deceased N.V., endangering the life of the injured LV
When the indictment was filed, the prosecutor of the case proposed to the court that the defendants should be found guilty and punished according to the law for the criminal offenses charged against them.
