Ferizaj, February 5, 2025 – The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj informs the public that, by decision of the State Prosecutor, a suspect with the initials L.F. has been detained for 48 hours on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “Aggravated Murder” under Article 173, paragraph 1, and subparagraph 1.4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Following investigations conducted by regional investigators of the Kosovo Police in coordination with the State Prosecutor, the suspect L.F. has been identified and arrested in connection with a case in which an individual with the initials B.V. was initially reported missing by his family. Today, on February 5, 2025, the lifeless body of the deceased B.V. was found in the mountains of the village of Manastirc in the municipality of Ferizaj.
By decision of the State Prosecutor, the victim’s body has been sent for autopsy at the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Prishtina (IML).
The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, in coordination with the Police, is undertaking all necessary investigative actions to clarify all circumstances related to this criminal case.
