Ferizaj, 26 March 2025 – The Basic Prosecution Office in Ferizaj, Juvenile Department, informs the public that after undertaking investigative actions, in coordination with the Kosovo Police, the defendant with the initials E.H. has been detained.
The State Prosecutor announces that the defendant E.H. has been detained in connection with the case of the rape of a minor aged 14-16 in Ferizaj, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense “Rape”, under Article 227, paragraph 6, in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Likewise, the State Prosecutor will submit the request for the imposition of detention in remand measure to the Basic Court in Ferizaj within the stipulated deadline.
