Pristina, August 30, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has today filed an indictment in the Pristina Basic Court – Special Department, against two officials, V.K. and E.Sh. former senior officials of the Government of Kosovo, for the criminal offense: Abusing oficial position or authority, from article 414 of the Code no. 06/L-074 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
In support of Article 62 of the Criminal Code, the PSRK has proposed that, in addition to the main punishment, the defendants should also be sentenced to a complementary punishment: Prohibition of exercising functions in the public administration or public service.
