Prishtina, June 07, 2024 – The Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo has filed, today, an indictment with the Basic Court in Prishtina – Special Department, against the defendant E.R., due to the criminal offense of “Endangering the constitutional order by destroying or damaging public installations and equipment “under Article 122 related to Article 31 of the KPRK.
Likewise, the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo has filed with the Basic Court in Ferizaj – Department for Juveniles, a motion to sentence the juveniles: T. B., M.R., and V. T., to imprisonment due to the aforementioned criminal offense.
The prosecutor of the case, upon filing the indictment and the motion to sentence three juveniles to imprisonment, has also filed with the Court that the same measure of detention on remand to be extended.
