Pristina, August 27, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has today filed an indictment in the Pristina Basic Court – Special Department, against the defendant G.J.
There is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant G.J. suspicion that he committed the criminal offense “Organization, direction or financing of the trafficking of narcotics or psychotropic substances”, from article 273, par.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo
