Prishtinë, June 10, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment with the Special Department of the Basic Court in Prishtinë-, against the defendants H.H., L.M., A.J., Xh.L., B.P., D.K., G.Sh., and V.M. , due to well-founded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense Abusing official position or authority, sanctioned by article 414 par. 2 related to article 31 of Code no. 06/L-074 Criminal Law of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
Meanwhile, the defendant H.H. is also charged with the crime of entering into a harmful contract, sanctioned by article 285 par. 1 and 2 of CCRK.
The property which is the object of the accusation, based on the prosecution request, has been seized by the Court and based on the Indictment, the SPRK has proposed to the Court to confiscate it and turn it to public property
