Pristina, September 1, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has today filed an indictment in the Pristina Basic Court- Special Department, against the defendant I.A.
According to the indictment, the defendant I.A. in complicity with the now convicted A.B. and F.A. as well as with the defendants E.S. and RR.A. as an organized group committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder, from article 147 paragraph 1 under paragraph 3 and 9, related to article 23 of the Provisional Criminal Code of Kosovo.
