Pristina, August 16, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Pristina Basic Court – Special Department, against the defendant S.Z. in terms of the criminal offense “Inciting discord and intolerance”, from article 141 par.1 of CCRK.
According to the indictment, the defendant S.Z has incited, publicly spread hatred, division and impatience between national groups in such a way that through the Tik-Tok social network he insulted, offended and spread inter-ethnic hatred.
