Pristina, August 19, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in Pristina Basic Court – Special Department, against the defendant N.K.
According to the indictment, the defendant N.K. starting from October 15, 2021 and continuing until April 19, 2023, in the capacity of an official person, using the official position committed the criminal offense Abusing official position or authority defined by Article 414 par. 2 related to Article 77 of the CCRK”.
