Pristina, May 6, 2025 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, after several months of investigations and applying special investigative measures, has today arrested a person H.S., a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Espionage”, under article 124 of the Criminal Code.
The action and arrest were conducted in cooperation with the Kosovo Police – Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Serious Crimes, as well as with the assistance of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.
Also, based on the order of the competent court, search was carried out in two locations in Kosovo, where material evidence was seized, including several phones, which are suspected to have been used by the suspect during the commission of the criminal offense.
The state prosecutor from the SPRK has issued a decision for a 48-hour detention of the suspect and all necessary investigative actions will be taken against him for the successful development of the criminal procedure.
