Pristina, October 15, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina – Special Department, against the defendant L.D, due to the commission of the criminal offense “Attacking official persons” from article 402 par. 4 related to par 2 and article 31 of the CCRK, as well as for the criminal offense “ Participating in a crowd committing a criminal offense and hooliganism“ from article 404 par. 1 related to article 31 of the CCRK.
According to the indictment, on 29.05.2023, near Municipality building of Zveçan, in coordination with other defendants of Serbian nationality from Kosovo and Serbia, using violence they attacked and seriously threatened the soldiers of the peacekeeping mission of KFOR as well as some members of the Kosovo Police.
The State Prosecutor from the Special Prosecution required that the Court declares the defendant guilty and extension of detention until the conclusion of the case.
