Pristina, July 29, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, after a several-month investigation, in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, today carried out an action in the framework of which several locations in the Prizren region were searched.
During this action, six people were arrested on the basis of the suspicion that they committed the criminal offenses “Participation or organization of an organized criminal group”, from article 277 par. 1 of the CCRK, related to the criminal offenses “Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic or similar substances”, from article 267 par. 2 related to article 275 par. 1 under par. 1.9 of CCRK.
The arrested people are SH.K., A.K., G.H., N. J., K.M. and A. M. for the same the Special Prosecution has set the 48 hours of detention to proceed further with other procedural measures.
