Prishtinë, June 6, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo informs the public that against the defendants: B.Sh. and M.Q. today submitted the request for detention to the Judge of the Preliminary Procedure, in the Special Department of the Basic Court in Prishtina.
This prosecution submitted the request for detention, due to well-founded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense: Espionage from article 124 par. 3 of the CCRK, meanwhile the defendant M.Q. also has committed the other criminal offense: Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons from article 366 par 1 of the CCRK, and there is a suspicion that the defendants had to commit the criminal offenses they are suspected of.
