Prishtina, August 14, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution in Pristina informs that, as a result of investigative actions taken by the State Prosecutor, in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, the suspect with the initials Xh.K. has been detained for threatening journalist E.P. while he was performing his duties, through a social network.
This case was initiated on July 22, 2024.
The aforementioned suspect has been placed under a 48-hour detention on remand for the criminal offense of “Threat,” according to the CCRK, and further legal actions will be taken against him.
