Prishtina, 12 February 2021 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, has filed an indictment today, at the Special Department of the Basic Court in Prishtina, against the defendant with the initials B.A and the legal entity “U.F”.
The Special Prosecution Office informs that the indictment was filed because the well-founded suspicion was proved, that the defendant and the legal entity has committed the criminal offense “Disposal and exchange of goods without authorization”, under article 29 of Law no. 03 / L-244 on State Reserves of Goods, in which case the same through the unauthorized disposal of the state reserve (wheat), had caused damage to the state budget of 529.181.10 euros, damage which the defendant subsequently compensated.
