Prishtinë, August 31, 2021 – the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), has filed indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtinë – Special Department , against the defendant A.I.
The Special Prosecution informs that the defendant A.I., it is suspected to have committed a criminal offense “Prohibited trade” from article 305 par. 2 of CCRK, regarding with criminal offense “Participation or organization of a criminal group’’ from article 283 par. 1 of CCRK.
