Prishtinë, 27 August 2024 – The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), led by Chairman Ardian Hajdaraj, held the 252nd Meeting in a row, in which it discussed and approved the items according to the agenda. The decisions that were taken at today’s meeting are as follows, in which case the Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo:
- Approved the resignation of the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Prizren, Mr. Admir Shala, and approved the return of the same to the position of State Prosecutor in the Special Prosecution;
- Appointed the State Prosecutor, Mr. Petrit Kryeziu, Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Prizren;
- Reviewed the request of the State Prosecutor, Mr. Arben Ismajli, for his objection;
- Updated one of the lists of prosecutors selected to serve on investigative panels;
- KPC members agreed that its delegated representatives will participate in various workshops and meetings for the implementation of the Joint Declaration of Commitment.
