Prishtinë, 21 October 2024 – The Committee for Normative Issues, chaired by Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting, in which the members of the commission and the General Director of the KPC Secretariat participated.
The purpose of the meeting was to deal with and discuss the draft Regulation for the Evaluation of the Work Results of the Administrative Staff.
Also, in this meeting, the analysis of the Draft Regulation on the Establishment of Employment Relationships with Contracts for a Fixed Period in the Prosecutorial System was made, this draft, which after finalization will be published for public hearing on the official website of the prosecutorial system.
At the end of the meeting, the drafting of the Guidelines for the evaluation panel for the implementation of the Regulation on the Appointment of the Chief State Prosecutor and the Chief Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Offices of the Republic of Kosovo was also discussed, in which case the General Director of the KPC Secretariat was authorized to prepare the initial draft and bring the same to the members of the Committee for Normative Issues.
