Prishtinë, 18 July 2024 – The Commission for Normative Issues, chaired by Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting, in which the members of this Commission, the General Director of the KPC Secretariat and the representatives of the American Embassy in Kosovo participated.
During this meeting, the initial draft of the Regulation for the Election of the Chief State Prosecutor and Chief Prosecutors of the Prosecutions of the Republic of Kosovo was finalized, in which the procedure for appointing the Chief State Prosecutor, Deputy Chief State Prosecutor, chief prosecutors and deputy chief prosecutors of the country’s prosecutions and heads of departments.
Also, the members of the Commission have agreed that this draft of this regulation be sent to a public hearing.
