Pristina, November 21, 2022 – The Commission for Normative Issues, chaired by Armend Zenelaj, held its next meeting according to the previous agenda.
During today’s meeting, the Commission for Normative Issues examined the provisions of the draft of this regulation, which provides for the manner, criteria and procedure for the recruitment of professional associates in the prosecutorial system.
On this occasion, the members of the Commission emphasized that through this draft regulation, a more efficient and professional procedure for the recruitment of professional associates will be implemented.
This draft of the regulation will continue to be reviewed by the members of the Commission for Normative Issues during the following days until its final drafting.
