Prishtinë, 9 December 2022 – The members of the Commission for Normative Issues, headed by Armend Zenelaj, paid a visit to the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo, where they were received by Chief Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj.
In this working meeting, which was carried out within the framework of monitoring the implementation of by-laws and in order to fulfill the tasks, it was discussed about the aspects of the implementation of the by-laws in force and about the acts that are in the process of being drafted, discussed or also of approval in the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
In addition, in this meeting it was also discussed about the facilitation of access to these acts, the challenges during their implementation and the eventual proposals for their completion and amendment.
On this occasion, the Questionnaire drawn up for the supervision of the implementation of the by-laws was also presented, which was said to facilitate the work process of the Commission and for the fulfillment of the tasks for the supervision of the implementation of the by-laws and the drafting of the by-laws, foreseen by the KPC Strategy for the year 2022-2024.
