The 264th Meeting of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council is Held

Prishtinë, 13 March 2025 – The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), led by Chairman Ardian Hajdaraj, held its 264th Meeting, in which:

  1. Approved the request of the Competent Authority of the Basic Prosecution Office of Pristina and established the Investigative Panel for a disciplinary case;
  2. Approved the Annual Work Report of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for 2024;
  3. Approved the Annual Work Report of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for 2024;
  4. Approved the Report of the Commission on Labor Market Conditions;
  5. Appointed prosecutor Agim Kuka to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution Office in Ferizaj, with a four-year mandate with the possibility of re-election for one more term;
  6. Appointed prosecutor Bahtije Ademi to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution Office in Gjilan, with a four-year mandate with the possibility of re-election for one more term.
