Pristina, April 10, 2025 – The Western Balkans Judicial Reform Program, specifically the donor of the ICT/CMIS Project, the Norwegian Judicial Administration (NJA), has organized the presentation of the report “Analysis of the Functional Specifications of the CMIS Project”, compiled by a team of Norwegian, international and local experts.
During this meeting, “Report of the “Analysis of the Functional Specifications of the CMIS Project ” was presented, as well as the purpose of the analysis of the functional specifications of the Case Management Information System (CMIS).
Also, the challenges of the CMIS project and ways to address them were discussed, where the Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council , Mr. Ardian Hajdarj , the Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council, Mr. Albert Zogaj, and representatives of the Norwegian judicial administration agreed to close cooperation in the implementation of the transitional phase of the ICT/CMIS Project.
In addition to the members of the working groups, the meeting was also attended by representatives of the CMIS Project donor, the Norwegian Court Administration (NCA), international and local experts engaged in the implementation of the “CMIS Functional Analysis,” as well as the chairmen and members of the KPC and KJC, including the chairmen of the committees, directors, managers and others.
