Prishtinë, 17 March 2025 – The Committee on Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, led by Chairman Armend Zenelaj, held its next meeting, which was attended by members Bahri Hyseni, Jetish Maloku and Ilir Morina, as well as the Director General of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Sami Istrefi, representatives of the EU Office in Pristina and the administrative staff of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council Secretariat.
On this occasion, the Committee on Normative Issues analyzed the draft submitted by the working group for the drafting of the Regulation on Amending and Supplementing Regulation No. 02/2021 on the Transfer and Advancement of State Prosecutors and decided that the same should be put to a public hearing according to the legally prescribed deadline.
Further, the members of the Commission also addressed the Council’s decision to amend and supplement the Regulation on the Establishment and Functionalization of the National Coordinator, on which occasion they formed a working group, which will prepare an analysis and then decide to supplement and amend the current regulation or draft a new regulation.
