The meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions is held

Prishtinë, 9 October 2024 – The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions, chaired by Jetish Maloku, who participated through the online platform due to a visit abroad, held the next meeting, in which the members of the Commission participated, in which case the points were addressed in the order provided.

At today’s meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions, the analysis of the necessary number of prosecutors in basic prosecutions was presented, with a special focus on prosecutions that have an insufficient number of prosecutors.

Another topic, which was discussed in this meeting, was the planning for the construction of the new building at the Palace of Justice, in order to create better conditions for the Basic Prosecutor’s Office of Pristina.

In conclusion, it was said that this meeting served to identify challenges and needs in the prosecutorial system, emphasizing the importance of the infrastructure and resources needed for a regular and effective operation.
