Prishtinë, 23 April 2025 – The Commission for the Administration of Prosecution Offices, led by Mr. Jetish Maloku, together with the members of the Working Group on the Case Information Management System (CIMS), held a meeting today with representatives of the European Union Office: the Head of the Rule of Law Team at the EU Office in Kosovo, Mr. Nicola Scaramuzzo and the Legal Affairs Policy Officer and Rule of Law Advice, Mr. Mats Persson, as well as the KOSEJ project manager, Ms. Stéphanie Lefeuvre.
The meeting discussed the working methodology of the working group formed by the Commission, which aims to advance the templates currently used in CMIS. Participants discussed ways to improve these templates, as well as concrete steps to be taken in the next stages of the process.
Also, the working group’s work schedule was reviewed, the templates that will be handled in the initial phase, as well as the prosecutors’ offices that will be included in the pilot phase of this activity.
This activity is expected to be implemented by the end of the year, in close cooperation with the KOSEJ project and aims to further improve the efficiency and standardize templates in the use of CMIS in the prosecution offices of the Republic of Kosovo.
