Prishtinë, 10 April 2025 – The Committee on Normative Issues, chaired by Armend Zenelaj, held its next meeting, which was attended by prosecutors Bahri Hyseni and Ilir Morina.
During this meeting, the members of the Committee on Normative Issues approved the minutes of the previous meeting, dated March 27, 2025.
Also, the members of the Committee on Normative Issues discussed and reviewed the draft Regulation on Supplementing and Amending Regulation 02/2021 on the Transfer and Advancement of State Prosecutors. During the discussions, several comments and suggestions received were incorporated which aim to improve the existing provisions, and to guarantee a fair and transparent process for the transfer and advancement of prosecutors.
