Prishtinë, 25 June 2024 – The Commission for Normative Issues, chaired by Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting, in which, in addition to its members, representatives of the American Embassy, EUKOJUST, UNDP and the European Union Office in Kosovo participated.
The purpose of today’s meeting was to discuss the drafting of the Regulation on the Appointment of the Chief State Prosecutor and the Chief Prosecutors of the Prosecutions, after the entry into force of the Law on the State Prosecutor.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Commission for Normative Issues, Armend Zenelaj, emphasized that this regulation will be drafted on the basis of European principles, standards and best practices, as well as thanked the representatives of international partners in Kosovo for the their support and provision of expertise for such an important act of the prosecutorial system.
