One month detention on remand against the person who killed his father and brother in North Mitrovica
Mitrovica, May 30, 2022 - The Basic Court in Mitrovica - has approved the request of the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica, and has imposed a detention measure of one (1) month on the suspect M.B., due to the criminal offense “Aggravated Murder” under Article 173 paragraph 1, item 1.3 and 1.11 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Defendant M.B., is suspected that on May 27, 2022, around 5 - 5.30 in the morning in the apartment on the street "Krajl Petri" in Mitrovica - North, for unknown reasons, stabbed his father M.B., and twin brother U.B.
