A draft of the Regulation on the organization and activity of the KPC is presented
Pristina, 28 January 2020 - Determination of the working methods, organization and activity of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and its committees, was the focus of today's meeting of the Committee on Normative Issues, where the draft Regulation was presented on the organization and activity of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
The meeting, which was chaired by its Chairperson, Zejnullah Gashi, in addition to the members of the Commission, was also attended by the General Director of the KPCS, representatives of the US Embassy, United Kingdom Embassy, Group for Legal and Political Studies and the Law Office of the KPCS.
In this context, Chairman Gashi expressed his gratitude to the participants and the working group for contributing to the drafting of this regulation of particular importance for facilitating the practical operation and functioning of the Council, on which occasion representatives of embassies and civil society have provided their comments, which have been incorporated in the final draft.
