Gjilan, February 18, 2020 - Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, Department for Serious Crimes, informs you that today at around 13.00 hrs., a police officer killed 4 persons - members of her family and eventually committed suicide.
According to preliminary information, it is suspected that in the neighborhood “Bujanina” in Gjilan, the deceased V.B., police officer of the Police Station in Gjilan, deprived of their lives her parents and two brothers with a firearm, then committed suicide.
The police, the case prosecutor and the medical team, upon having arrived at the scene ascertained their deaths, and following the order of the prosecutor, the bodies of the same will be sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Prishtina for autopsy.
