Chairman Maloku hosted the representatives of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) at the meeting

Prishtinë, 10 March 2023 – The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Jetish Maloku, has received in a meeting the team of leaders of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), which consisted of the General Director of the IRZ, Dr. Frauke Bachler, Director for South East Europe, Frank Hupfeld and EUKOJUST Project Team Leader, Volkmar Theobald.

Today's meeting was held within the framework of discussions on the cooperation of the Prosecutorial Council with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), this foundation, which has offered and continues to offer support in strengthening the various sectors in the prosecutorial system.

Chairman Maloku, on this occasion, thanked the representatives of this German Foundation, emphasizing their unsparing support, giving valuable contribution in various fields, especially in raising the quality of public communication, and besides this, this cooperation is even more expanded in implementation of EUKOJUST project.

On the other hand, the representatives of the Foundation have said that cooperation and partnership with the prosecutorial system is the focus of their commitments and work and they will support the advancement of the work of this system.

The interlocutors expressed their commitment and readiness for further cooperation in the realization of common objectives, in order to achieve a proactive, creative and open approach, which will serve to strengthen the prosecutorial system of Kosovo.
