Draft administrative instruction for the drafting of normative acts is finalized
Prishtinë, 20 February 2023 – The conclusion and finalization of the draft of the Instruction for the drafting of normative acts were the focus of today's meeting of the Commission for Normative Issues, chaired by prosecutor Armend Zenelaj.
Initially, during this meeting, the Report on the monitoring of normative acts was approved, which was drawn up after the visits made to the prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Kosovo.
Further, in this meeting, the final draft of the Administrative Instruction for the drafting of normative acts was reviewed, which defines the procedures for drafting normative acts in the prosecutorial system, thereby creating the necessary basis for the way and methods of drafting these important acts.
The Commission approved the draft of the Instruction and it will be sent for approval at one of the next meetings of the KPC.
