Chief Prosecutor Ujkani has met the heads of the Agency for the Administration of Sequestrated and Confiscated Assets
Mitrovica, August 11, 2022 - Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica Mr. Ismet Ujkani received in a working meeting the Director of the Agency for the Administration of Sequestrated and Confiscated Assets/Ministry of Justice, Mr. Enver Krasniqi with associates.
During the meeting, it was discussed about cooperation, planning before possible sequestrations or confiscations of assets, as well as the sale and lease of sequestrated and confiscated assets, which were gained from the commission of criminal offenses.
Also, those present agreed that the communication and cooperation between them will continue in the future.
